Breif Introduction:
The machine is mainly applied for the filling of beverage. Integrating with washing, filling and sealing, it realizes full automation in the whole process, suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle filling of carbonated drink and sparkling water. The bottle types applicable for various parts are easily, conveniently and rapidly adjustable. It adopts new isobaric pressure filling, stable and reliable. Compared with the machines of the same specification, the productivity and benefit of this machine is larger.

It meets the client's requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient.

(2) Using programmle controller as the central control, using pressure transmitter, electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level to maintian the balance of filling pressure in order to ensure the stability of the liquid surface.
(3) Designed high quality and speed filling valve for plastic bottle, return-air and filling tank liquid are separation to ensure the cleaning of filling materials.
(4) The small carbonated soft drink making filling machine adopts advanced magnetic clutch-type screw cover head, torque is adjustable. Screwing cap is safe and reliable.

Combined Washing Filling Capping 3 in 1
Washing Part 
The bottle is blew into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180°into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.

Filling Part
The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. 

Capping Part
The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel.

4. Install in Spot :
If Engineers install in spot
   1) Installment USD60~100/day. Person as allowance
   2) Training fee is free for customer's workers within the installation period
   3) The tickets from China to the customer factory and return paid by the customer
   4) The local housing , food, and transfer cost at customer factory paid by the customer
