1. The equipment has suspending bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, Water production line can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.
2. The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
3. The advanced gravity filling technology used in the equipment makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.
4. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and do no harm to the caps.
5. Advanced technologies, such as human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC program control are adopted in this equipment.
6. All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel. The critical electrical components are from famous international companies, such as Mitsubishi, Omron to name a few.

Part 2: Water Filling Machine
1.  The water filling machine is automatic. It's of many advantages, such as compact structure, perfect control system and easy to be operated. Advanced PLC touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true.
2. Washing part in the bottle water machine is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.
3. Filling part in the water filling machine  is composed of filling barrel, filling valves (normal temperature and normal pressure filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, vacuum pump, etc.
4. Capping part in this water filling machine is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.Part 3 : Automatic Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine
This machine adopts international advanced technology to cover the circle label on the PET bottle. And then, hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated.

Part 4 : Date Printer

Part 5: PE Film Packing Machine
The main function is wrapping the product by the shrink film first, then heating it, in this way, the product will be packed tightly by the film.
